One of our “secrets of success” is the Tenant Council. The Tenant Council, which meets bi-monthly, is represented by each tenant in the building. In addition, line level and middle managers from the major vendors are also represented, including janitorial, food service, security, and other vendors who add value through their attendance. The monthly meetings are an excellent opportunity for the management team to disseminate information to tenants, for tenants to provide feedback on services at the building, and for all parties to keep open lines of communications with one another.
